Following on from her superb win at the English Schools Cross Country Championships, Team Bodyworks Beth Cook was selected to represent England at the SIAB Schools International in Ireland on Saturday.

On a tough 4k course, Cook was in a three way battle throughout and claimed the bronze medal behind her teammate Bea Wood and Scotland's Anna Hedley.  This was a good day for Cook as she added a gold medal to her tally as England dominated to take the team title.

Meanwhile Brighton's Kevin Rojas was stepping up a distance to represent England at the British 100k Championships in Perth. Rojas ran 7:02.58 for a fine fourth place, in a race won by team mate Charles Harpur in 6:44.1. With three England athletes in the top five,  Rojas like Cook came away with a team gold.
