Record breaking International Win for Korczak

Her international debut resulted in another county record for Brighton's Lizzie Korczak, who has made something of a habit of improving her own previous best marks in recent weeks.

This fixture at Grangemouth was a result of Korkzac's javelin win at the English Schools Championships a week ago. Both she and ESAA shot silver medallist - Crawley's Millie Noyce - were selected to represent England Schools at the home countries u17 International in Scotland.

Cook second in the Schools International

Bethany Cook helped the English Schools to victory in the Junior Girls race at the Schools International Cross-country event at Nottingham last weekend.

Cook, who has certainly been the outstanding Sussex cross-country runner this season winning every one of her races until she reached the English Schools championships.

Again Bea Wood from Wiltshire, who appears to have come rather late to what has been a hard and muddy season, got the better of the encounter.

English Schools Cross Country VLOG

Three of the athletes selected for the Sussex Senior Boys team for the English Schools Cross Country, Tom Eames, Joe Clayson and Tomer Tarragano have been producing vlogs through the season. Although Tom was injured and unable to compete, his colleagues have produced a final video of their personal experiences over the weekend at the ESAA Championships. It gives a real flavour of what the English Schools XC is all about for the athletes.
