The Sussex Cross Country League is a series of four races, organised by the county, which take place annually between October and February at different venues across Sussex.
Within the league there are age and gender graded distances of up to five miles.
After the final league race individual medals are awarded to the first three teams and first three individual athletes in all categories, with their best three runs taken into account.
